THE HEART OF OUR BUSINESS

The proud daughter of two small business owners, Founder & CEO Annisa Teich, grew up spending time stocking shelves and creating displays at her mother's earth-friendly retail store, and accompanying her father on dump runs and long-haul roll-off adventures for his local waste management company. All the while, she listened and absorbed the activity, the successes, and the struggles both parents faced as entrepreneurs, with the dream of someday following in their footsteps.

Regardless of how each of my parents' businesses fared, the brave journey of entrepreneurship was always the ultimate measurement of success for me, and I couldn't have been more proud of them both. Its impact is both personal and professional, and has truly shaped who I am today and the type of businesswoman and parent I want to be. ~ Annisa Teich

ANNISA TEICH

FOUNDER - STRATEGIC MARKETING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TECH INTEGRATION

Though a trained print and broadcast journalist, Annisa fell into marketing while working on college radio and music industry promotions and never looked back. A native of Northern New Jersey, she developed her skills working as in-house marketing staff and on agency projects for global brands including Sotheby's International Realty, Walmart, and PepsiCo. While in Manhattan, the tech bug bit.... hard. Annisa found unique opportunity and community in Silicon Alley, working with start-ups and late-stage tech firms, as well as a life partner.

Now, settled in Connecticut with a family of her own, Annisa works with small businesses throughout the country, applying what she has learned to help clients build growth-driven marketing and business development strategies.

Annisa is also the Managing Director of Bromleigh Enterprises - the parent non-profit of West Hartford Coworking and Windsor Worx. The firm works with property owners and lessees nationwide to help them drive greater value for their property and change the perceptions of ailing commercial neighborhoods.
